Harneys bolsters corporate finance capabilities

Offshore law firm Harneys has hired Simon Hudd. Mr. Hudd joins from the British Virgin Islands where he is known as a leading lawyer in corporate and finance transactions. He also practices Cayman law.

Mr. Hudd’s practice involves the full range of corporate transactions including M&A, dispositions, strategic joint ventures, takeovers, international stock exchange listings, corporate restructuring and reorganisation, as well as structured and asset finance, project and acquisition finance, Islamic Finance, and capital markets. He is regularly recommended by Chambers Global, Legal 500 and PLC Which Lawyer? for his work in these areas.

Mr. Hudd completed his LLB with honours at the University of Exeter and at the Université Rennes II, he attained Haute-Bretagne, Maitrise en Droit, 
European Law.
