Ballet teacher returns

Enrolment at cayman music school under way

The new ballet studio at the Cayman Music School at the Grand Pavilion is welcoming ballet teacher Pamela Langevin back to Grand Cayman after four-year absence.

Mrs. Langevin will be teaching classical ballet to children from
ages 7 to adults.

Performing more than 4,000 times, her professional dance career has spanned three decades with appearances in Paris, Madrid, Montreal and throughout the United States of America.

For the past 15 years, she has shared her love of dance as a teacher, award winning choreographer and producer for college level music and dance concerts. Her students have won more than 25 gold medals in dance competitions around the US.

“I am very happy to return to the Island, and look forward to being a part of the many artistic opportunities available here,” Mrs. Langevin said.

The goal of the studio is to provide the highest quality classical dance training to prepare children for professional opportunities and college programmes. An integral component of the study of ballet is the commitment and discipline required of students.
