RE/MAX successes fuel commercial market

Considering that RE/MAX Commercial only opened their doors this year, their success in the marketplace has been incredible.

Having already tied up the anchor tenant for Willow House, the new Cricket Square flagship, with Campbells Attorneys at Law, RE/MAX Commercial have proven themselves as a serious contender in the marketplace.

Other exciting new relocations include the new MAC store in Cardinal Avenue, a Secret lingerie store, and the successful full leasing of the new Midtown Plaza on Elgin Avenue.

While the general feeling in the property market is not full of excitement, this office seems to be quite the opposite. Energy and passion drive them, with the proof being in their successes. Says Michael Binckes “ The market may be subdued, but there is business out there–just look at Mid-Town Plaza on Elgin Avenue–fully let within 4 months of real marketing time. The right product tied up with the right tenant ends up in a happy, long term relationship.”

RE/MAX Commercial has their website up and running at www.caymancommercial.com where majority of Caymans Commercial property appears. In addition to listing properties here, all commercial property also appears on www.remax.ky and all affiliate sites.

It seems that there is far more awareness of commercial property on Cayman since RE/MAX Commercial opened their doors, they are certainly doing something right. Cayman has welcomed the option of dealing with the number 1 brand in Real Estate, not only in residential property, but also Commercial Property.

“We are constantly adding to our inventory and our enquiries have more than doubled in the last two months. This is an extremely positive sign, especially considering the international enquiries that we are dealing with. Cayman is certainly being viewed as an opportunity, which certainly fuels the market.”

“In addition to this, the announcement of various exciting projects and huge investments into the Cayman economy will without doubt kick start the market going forward into high season. My advice to any business is to secure space now for the improving economy. Rates are at their lowest point in many years. As a tenant, there are many deals available that can be enjoyed for a few years if one ties up a good lease.”

All seems full steam ahead for this business, which thrives on a simple motto–“making it happen!”
