Rogue Gym has new ace trainer

The Rogue Gym has a new trainer to add to the two established guys who already run the combat sports mecca every night.

Alison Gansebom is from San Diego, California. With its beautiful weather and huge sports culture, it was not difficult to imagine what sporty Gansebom would end up doing.

She has been an athlete and coach for years. A former high level competitive gymnast, Gansebom spent 10 years training and the last seven coaching recreational and team gymnastics.

With numerous state and regional placings she is uniquely qualified to personalise programmes and raise fitness levels of anyone who attends her classes, from total beginners to elite athletes.

Along with coaching gymnastics she has been a personal trainer in gyms around San Diego County for the past four years.

She is certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers. Gansebom now works for Fitline mobile fitness specialists as a personal trainer and will be teaching group classes at Rogue Gym.

Fitline offers mobile personal training services here so besides work outs at Rogue gym, she is available for sessions at home, office, park, beach, or anywhere a client wishes.

Between them, Rogue instructors Grey Brett, Flloyd Moxam and others already offer circuit training, mixed martial arts, Muay Thai, boxing, yoga besides other disciplines.

Chris Dinan, part owner of Rogue Gym, said: “If you are looking to improve your conditioning, get in better shape, increase your flexibility, tone, cardio, endurance and agility, Alison’s training programme and specialised classes are for you.

“From basic gymnastics and endurance work outs to high level competitive gymnastics and fitness training specifically tailored to your fitness level is a huge advantage in reaching your goals.”
