Cayman Airways, the national flag carrier of the Cayman Islands, has recently advised customers that the re-launch of the Dallas/Fort Worth route will be postponed from 10 April until 25 May, in order to adjust capacity to forecasted demand.
“Cayman Airways anticipates that the Dallas flight will be a strong and successful year-round route serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and facilitating easy, same-day connections to and from the US Southwest and West Coast,” read a release issued by Cayman Airways.
Cayman Airways will fly twice-weekly nonstop between Dallas/Fort Worth and Grand Cayman on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This is a good route but it’s too bad Charles Clifford gave away the popular Houston route on Cayman Airways to Continental. That route right now is so busy they have to fly every day! This all happened during the time Clifford chose to get rid of good Caymanian people like Mike Adam and Kennedy Panton to replace them with people who previously worked at Continental. Those people then gave the route to Continental and soon after quit at CAL. Imagine that Kennedy Panton was snatched up by Boeing and now has a super career. You sure are bright Mr. Clifford. Aaahh, what is that syndrome that Napoleon had?
