Cayman’s popular lightly satirical show is back.
Rundown 2013 starts its run on Thursday, 25 April, under the direction of writer and designer Henry Muttoo from an original concept by Dave Martins.
The show takes a look at Cayman from a skewiff viewpoint and touches on many of the issues and news stories that the islands have faced over the last twelve months and beyond. It’s all about seeing the funny side of life and draws the audience into a recognisable, but still somewhat exaggerated, worldview. Names such as Michael McLaughlin, Peter Kosa and many more will be in attendance for this musical comedy presented as ever with the key message being that people laugh best when laughing at themselves.
Check out the Weekender of Friday, 26 April for much more on the show including interviews with some of the key artists involved.
The 2013 production runs from 25 April 25 to 12 May, Thursdays to Saturdays 8pm and Sundays 6pm. Tickets: $25 adults and $15 children. Tickets will be available from Funky Tangs, all Foster’s Supermarkets & the CNCF Office.
