The RF Group (RF) is proud to officially announce the executive appointment of R. Brett Hill, as the RF Chief Financial and Risk Officer in addition to his role at RF Bank & Trust (Cayman) Limited as President and CEO.
Mr. Hill will play a critical role in driving RF’s next growth phase, with its expansion into Cayman, where Brett will use his 30 year history in the Cayman financial services area, to introduce RF’s wide range of investment products and improve its market positioning. As RF CFRO, Mr. Hill will also assume leadership of the Groups financial reporting and risk management throughout the Caribbean.
Along with optimizing financial planning and risk controls, Mr. Hill will focus on the development of RFCayman’s expanded product offering in country. He will be responsible for driving strategic business operations, client value, and synergy across the organization and aligning organizational priorities in Cayman with RF’s long-term regional strategy.
Mr. Hill has served as the President & CEO of Fidelity Bank (Cayman) for 18 years. He
has been actively involved in the development of financial services on the island since he arrived in 1990 and has been a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants for over 30 years. Mr. Hill has been a Director of the Cayman Islands Bankers’ Association since 2013 and he holds an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science degree.
Outside of financial services, Mr. Hill has been actively involved in the Cayman Islands Cancer Society, having served as both Director and Treasurer. He is a rugby enthusiast, devoted husband and father.
