Government must address mental illness among the people. The Cayman Islands government has enacted laws promoting responsible firearm ownership in the Islands. Dr. Mark Lockhart, who recently resigned as chairman of the Mental Health Commission, should be appointed to help the Cayman community understand and address the problems of mental illness.
