Team DLK have just made things more interesting in local dominoes.
The squad gave the East End Mystical Youth their first loss in over 12 months. DLK downed East End by two points last Sunday in the Cayman Islands Domino Association 2012 national league.
DLK Bar in George Town served as the venue. Both teams claimed that there were no individual stars but that the entire team were all star players. Considerable talent exists on both squads with DLK boasting the likes of Sheena Taylor while East End have slammers like Fred McLaughlin.
Sunday’s other match saw Archies brush past Sea Inn by 21 points. It was a team effort for Archies while Renato Harris and Deon Swaby kept Sea Inn within striking distance.
League matches continue on Sunday, 27 May, in George Town. Mango Tree sees Island All-Stars battling Kelly’s while Singh’s Roti Shop sees the Roti team tackle Eastern Star.
