Orlando, Florida is buzzing with professionals connected to the timeshare sector.
The Shared Ownership Investment Conference begins on Tuesday, 18 September and runs through to Thursday, 20 September, with plans to discuss all aspects of the fractional ownership industry. Conferences have taken place since 1998 on aspects including financing, development, sales and marketing, conversion, mixed-use resorts, government regulation and the demographics of existing and potential consumers.
Investment bankers
It is anticipated that attendees will be drawn from developers, executives, condo developers, hoteliers, hospitality investors, lenders, investment bankers, consultants, builders, architects and designers, law firms and government tourism officials.
