Radio talk show host Austin Harris appeared in Summary Court on Tuesday, when charges against him were adjourned again until Sept. 16.
He is charged with common assault and damage to property following an incident in Snug Harbour in March this year which, at the the time, was described as a domestic dispute.
Last month his attorney, Lloyd Samson, indicated that the matter was for review and the Crown counsel present advised that the review was not yet final.
On Tuesday, the defendant’s third appearance, Mr. Samson advised Magistrate Valdis Foldats that he needed time to discuss the Crown’s response with his client. No pleas have yet been entered.
