The Islander Complex on Lawrence Boulevard is being torn down
The complex had been home to several businesses over the years, including World Gym, Dunkin’ Donuts, Smyles Playtime Paradise, Jillian’s Billiards Lounge and Bar, Purple Dragon and Motions Unlimited.
The site, now owned by Dart, was also home at one time or another to Matrix, L.I., Rumhead’s and Bed nightclubs.
