Boatswain’s Beach will be the site of this week’s Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours.
Members and guests are invited to rediscover Boatswain’s Beach at their location in West Bay on Thursday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Boatswain’s Beach is a premier tourist attraction featuring the Cayman Islands’ Turtle Farm as well as a one of a kind marine park, bar and grill, swimming and snorkelling areas, a nature trail, an aviary and an iguana exhibit. Boatswain’s Beach officially opened in May 2005, expanding The Cayman Turtle Farm, which has been a must-see attraction for 40 years. The Cayman Turtle Farm has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce since 1986.
Guests will receive a tour of the facilities and can meet with the different park departments to learn more about the wildlife at the park and to discover the event opportunities available for businesses and individuals.
‘We are excited to have this opportunity to demonstrate the unlimited potential of Boatswain’s Beach as an event space to the Chamber of Commerce and its members. To show those who haven’t been before what we have done to improve the Turtle Farm and provide them with their weekend getaway right here on the Island. I am confident that our National Treasure is an attraction everyone will be proud to call their Boatswains Beach,’ said Boatswain’s Beach acting managing director and COO Mr. Joey Ebanks.
