Water bill problems happen on Cayman Brac also.
In January we received both a bill and disconnect notice for November and December of over $1,000.
We had been off the island and a normal bill would be $35.
No leaks were found.
This had happened once before about two years ago and we thought it unbelievable someone had stolen the water while we were off the island.
