Interesting story about the dichotomy of obesity in the public school vs. private system in the Cayman Island.
Was race a factor?
I wonder if the government will take action to prevent there citizens from having all the co morbid conditions associated with obesity; i.e. hypertension, diabetes. I envisioned the islanders as lean and trim.
