When Cindy Blekaitis steps onto the flag football pitch this weekend, she will be grateful to this paper’s owners, Cayman Free Press, for sponsoring her trip to Florida.
Blekaitis received $250 to help with all her expenses in Florida where she will represent the Cayman women’s national team.
They’re competing in the USFTL National Championships in Kissimmee.
Blekaitis said: ‘I’m very excited to be representing the Cayman Islands and I’m especially grateful to Cayman Free Press for their generosity and sponsoring my tour.’
