The National Trust for the Cayman Islands has received a generous gift from Gerald Dilbert of Reality Tours. The staff was surprised with a replica of an oil tanker that Mr. Dilbert hand-made and donated to the National Trust in order to represent the Maritime history of these islands.
Mr. Dilbert said he donated the tanker to the Trust as a gift ‘for all of their hard work in educating the public about preserving the history and environment of these islands.’
The Trust works closely with Mr. Dilbert throughout the year as he provides transport for several of the tours, especially during the Trust’s summer programme for kids.
