A possible deal for the sale of Divi Tiara Resort closed with no progress so bids are still being accepted for the property.
This was confirmed this week by Vice President Sales and Marketing with parent company Divi Resorts Mark Steward.
He said the company is actively open to taking new bids.
‘We’re receiving three to four enquiries a day into purchasing the property, so things are very active,’ he said.
The resort on Cayman Brac closed last month with the loss of 37 jobs.

The price of the resort is between US$9 to $11 million to take it on as is.
