Cable & Wireless announced at the recent Chamber of Commerce EXPO that it will offer carryover minutes to all GSM post-paid mobile customers from 1 November.
All post pay customers have an allowance of free minutes as part of their mobile plan; carryover will allow any unused free minutes at the end of the month to be carried over to the next month, thereby adding more value to all existing bMobile, bBiz and bAnywhere customers, states a press release.
With a number of new cutting-edge handsets unveiled at the Expo as well as many special offers, the announcement that carryover minutes will be introduced reinforced the company’s commitment to responding to the needs of customers by offering world-class communications products and excellent value.
‘We realise that the volume of calls our customers make can vary from month to month. This new service will enable them to carryover their extra minutes for free to the following month and allow the customer greater flexibility’ explained Nicola Buder, C&W’s VP Mobile.
‘By carrying over minutes, customers can get better value from their bMobile plan and more choice in how they use their free minutes.’ she added.
The new service will be automatically applied to all GSM post pay customers’ accounts from 1 November. Carryover minutes are carried over for one month.
