LIME internet customers in the Cayman Islands have an opportunity to try a faster internet speed – up to 8MB – for one week, under a promotion on the company’s website.
Internet customers click on a link to take the trial and a couple of days before the trial finishes they are sent email reminders about upgrading their service.
If they decide to upgrade, they click on a link in the email that was sent to them and the service order is automatically raised.
