Carlene McTaggart, mother of Finance Minister Roy McTaggart and his brothers William, Christopher and Arthur, passed away on Thursday morning at Health City Cayman Islands.
She was 83.
McTaggart, a longtime resident of Prospect and Crewe Road, had been a resident of the Pines Retirement Home for the past two years.
