Hurtfullest (hert-fuhl-iss) Adjective — 1. The most painful. 2. Full of pain, anguish; frustration, grief or annoyance. 3. Heartwrenching, disgusting. E.g. “I dunno why Arlette always gah mess wit people man but dah hurtfullest part is dat she already gah one.”
