Attorney Leonardo Raznovich and Colours Caribbean founder Billie Bryan say the Privy Council ruling in the Chantelle Day and Vickie Bodden Bush case is not the end of the fight for same-sex marriage.

Appearing on the Cayman Compass talk show ‘The Resh Hour’ on Wednesday night, Raznovich and Bryan said they are in discussions either to seek an Order in Council in the United Kingdom or challenge the Order in Council that brought about the Cayman Islands Constitution if a resolution is not found for the issue of same-sex marriage here.

Bryan said they met with Governor Martyn Roper earlier on Wednesday and essentially put him and local legislators on notice that this “fight is not over”.
