Recipients from Grand Cayman and Little Cayman, who were named in the 2022 New Year’s Honours List, received their awards at Government House on Thursday, 5 May.
According to a press release from Government Information Services, the honourees were recognised for their “outstanding contribution to the Cayman Islands in several fields”.
Out of 40 recipients, 36 from both the public and private sectors received their Certificate and Badge of Honour awards in person from Governor Martyn Roper and Premier Wayne Panton.
Among the awardees was the Compass‘ Vicki Wheaton.
