A 30-year-old man is facing multiple charges following an incident at a West Bay Road condo in which he allegedly exposed himself and illegally entered a unit last weekend.
According to a police statement issued Friday afternoon, officers on Saturday, 25 Feb., responded to a report at a condominium complex on West Bay Road.
Two women reported that they had seen a man on the premises exposing himself.
He was then seen entering a unit in the complex, making his way to an empty bedroom.
Police said when officers arrived on the scene they found the man in the room naked.
He was arrested and taken into custody.
Police said the man continued to expose himself while being transported to the Cayman Islands Detention Centre.
He has since been charged with criminal trespass and three counts of intentional harassment, alarm or distress.
The man, who was on bail with monitoring at the time of the incident, has also been charged with damaging an electronic monitoring device.
