WORC Networking Expo & Construction Showcase

Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman (WORC) is hosting a Networking Expo & Construction Showcase on Tuesday, 7 November 2023, between 10am and 6pm.

The venue will be the University College of the Cayman Islands, Grand Cayman Campus, in the Sir Vassel Johnson Hall. The event is open to the public from 1:30pm to 6pm. The morning session is for schools only.

The objectives for the Networking Expo are:

To showcase career opportunities across a broad section of industries in the Cayman Islands.
To provide Caymanians with opportunities for networking with potential employers.

The objectives for the Construction Showcase are:

To educate the attendees about the advantages of the construction industry.
To showcase career choices within the construction industry and the availability of those career opportunities in the Cayman Islands.
To highlight successful Caymanians in the construction industry.
To provide opportunities for networking between potential employees and construction companies.

The format will be an expo style, where companies will set up booths to share information on their services and/or products. In addition, throughout the day, there will be presentations by Caymanians who are a part of the construction industry sharing their stories, and fielding questions from the audience.
