The Aqua Bay planning approval is the most outrageous decision made by the Cayman authorities. It’s all about money.
What is left of Seven Mile Beach is swiftly becoming the Miami Beach of the Caribbean. High-rise buildings continue to ruin the charm and beauty of Grand Cayman. I was an annual visitor for 10 years. The Villas of the Galleon was my favourite place to stay.
The residents of Grand Cayman are wonderful people but they are losing their island to greedy developers. Sorry to say but I will not be visiting Grand Cayman again.
