The skies over Grand Cayman lit up with beautiful bursts of fireworks as the country welcomed the new year along with the rest of the world.
Mothers and fathers, with babies in arms and toddlers in tow, gathered at key viewing spots like Governor’s Beach and Seven Mile Public Beach to watch the display.
On Seafarer’s Way residents also took advantage of family-friendly New Year’s eve celebrations sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and Ports, lining the waterfront to enjoy the fireworks.
