The Royal Cayman Islands Police Service is appealing to the public to help them locate Luis Abel Soler for breaching court bail following a burglary charge.
Police described Soler, 25, of George Town, as being of light complexion, with short black hair and brown eyes.
In a statement issued on Friday afternoon, police warned members of the public not to approach Soler, but to call 911 immediately if he is sighted.
“Additionally, the public is being advised that it is an offence to obstruct the police by hiding a wanted person or deliberately misleading the police during the execution of their duty,” the RCIPS said.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222 or Bodden Town Police Station at 947-2220. Anonymous tips can be provided directly to the RCIPS confidential tip line at 949-7777 or via its website. Tips can also be submitted anonymously via to Cayman Crime Stoppers.
