This is a kind call to local authorities to oversee and watch closely what is happening in Public Beach with the jet-skis.
The jet-ski companies are making the beach area a very threatening space for families and visitors, with dangerous behaviour – driving at high speeds into the shore without being careful of the people in the water.
Moreover, they are refilling gas for the jet-skis while still in the water, without taking care not to spill fuel in the water.
In addition, they have taken over the tables that belong to the cabanas for their business.
These and other things, like garbage, and deterioration in facilities (the men’s bathroom door was removed and the playground is damaged), I believe deserve to be changed, with local media helping to find solutions.
