Caribbean Utilities Company has declared a dividend of US$0.175 per Class A ordinary share.

Caribbean Utilities Company's first-quarter net earnings of US$3.9 million were down by US$0.6 million compared to the same period last year, despite higher electricity sales and lower general and administrative costs.

Caribbean Utilities Company reported higher earnings on the back of a 4% increase in kilowatt hour sales, lower transmission and distribution costs and lower finance charges.
