A juvenile been charged with five counts of theft related to a string of vehicle thefts in the George Town area spanning months.
Police said the boy, who they did not identify, had been charged with the theft of a Honda Civic and an e-bike from addresses in Windsor Park on 1 July. The car was found damaged the next day.
It is alleged he stole a Honda CR-V from outside a home in Prospect on 9 April, which was found with damage five days later.
The youngster also faces two charges of theft of scooters from a multi-storey garage on Elgin Avenue in February.
Police said he had been released on bail and was expected to appear in court on 21 July.
