Minister for Tourism and Transport Kenneth Bryan has apologised for videos, circulating on social media, showing him distributing flyers in support of his wife’s real estate activities.

For the first time since its adoption in July last year, the government has used the Ministerial Code of Conduct to remove a minister from his role over a breach of that code.

Premier Wayne Panton, on the eve of the first 100 days of the PACT administration, has announced the enactment of the updated Cayman Islands' Ministerial Code of Conduct.
