Slow Food Day 2016 took place at Camana Bay on Saturday. It featured a morning segment where local chefs provided free tastes of the food prepared using local ingredients; an afternoon “Kids’ Culinary Challenge;” and a dinner event featuring two award-winning guest chefs.

The Cayman chapter of Slow Food – a global organization dedicated to raising awareness of where our food comes from and how our food choices affect the world around us – and Camana Bay are joining forces once again to host this year’s Slow Food Day on April 16.
