Slow Food Day 2016 took place at Camana Bay on Saturday. It featured a morning segment where local chefs provided free tastes of the food prepared using local ingredients; an afternoon “Kids’ Culinary Challenge;” and a dinner event featuring two award-winning guest chefs.
