The Grand Court has issued a stalking protection order against retired attorney Bilika Simamba over offensive and abusive emails he repeatedly sent the former chair of his strata.

A pair of bills to outlaw stalking and enable victims to seek protection through the courts were unanimously approved by legislators Wednesday.
