Plans to reopen Sunshine Hotel & Suites in stages during a major redevelopment have been abandoned in favour of a full reopening later this year.

The Sunshine Grill, a popular casual restaurant on Grand Cayman, will reopen later this year as part of a “re-brand, re-positioning and complete renovation” of what was previously known as Sunshine Suites.
