Country and western fans on Cayman Brac are dusting of their cowboy boots and gearing up for plenty of good times and good music this weekend. The Veterans and Seaman’s Society of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman is presenting the 2016 Arlin Tatum Tribute Concert and Country Jamboree on Saturday, Nov. 12.

Given the significant expenditure on seamen’s and veterans’ benefits, it is concerning how unclear members of the Legislative Assembly’s Finance Committee appeared to be on the specifics of the healthcare program.
