Government is establishing a blacklist of rogue employers and employees who will face penalties and possible prosecution over repeated work permit-related breaches.

Three people have been arrested on work permit breaches following investigations by the Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC).

Four people were arrested at West Bay Road Public Beach for work-permit and immigration breaches last Wednesday, Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman has said.
