Ridhima Kapoor, Lt. Governor of the Key Clubs of the Cayman Islands attended the Winter Board meeting of the Florida District of Key Club International in Orlando Florida, 7-9 January.

She met and interacted with the other 32 Lt. Governors of the Florida District, which the Cayman Islands are part of.

As Lt. Governor, Ms Kapoor represents all five Key Clubs of the Cayman Islands.

At the board meeting she prepared and presented a brochure for the Major Emphasis Program for the Florida District.

Along with this, she also created a first-ever, Hurricane Manual for Teens, which was so well received by the board that she has been requested to present this final draft during the Florida District Convention in April and distribute this throughout the Florida District & Cayman Islands.

At the Florida District Convention in April, she will also be holding a workshop on the Cayman Islands, in order to educate Key Club members from all across Florida on the culture and rebuilding process of the Cayman Islands.

Key Club is a non-profit organization which is the student-led form of Kiwanis, who sponsors the program. Like Kiwanis, Key Club’s main goal is to provide service to the community.
