An additional 44 trailer homes should be arriving in Grand Cayman by the end of this month.
At a Cayman Islands Recovery Operation (CIRO) press briefing Friday Chairman Orrett Connor said it will have to be ensured that suitable locations are found for them.
He said an additional 16 trailer homes have gone to the Fairbanks site and are taken, but an official handover has yet to take place.
Government Information Services (GIS) Chief Information Officer Pat Ebanks said that the Fairbanks site has a capacity for 29 trailer homes.
She added that there are 40 trailer homes currently on the island, 30 of which were occupied as of last Monday.
