Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited announced today the launch of its newly-designed website, which provides more functionality and easier navigation.
‘Butterfield Bank constantly looks for ways to provide better services than yesterday,’ said Marketing Officer Rhonda Serrano. ‘We understand that people are busy and have less time so we considered these factors in the redesign, which aims to make navigating an easy and comfortable experience for our users.’
For the personal or business customer looking to invest, to bank online or for specific product information, Butterfield Bank’s key service areas have been divided into Personal Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management & Fiduciary Services. In addition, a number of features will keep users up to date of the latest developments at Butterfield Bank, including a ‘What’s New’ section and downloads of current brochures and product application forms. The latter will save many customers time as they will no longer have to go into the Bank to pick up a brochure, states a press release.
‘The needs of our customers were the driving force behind the redesign,’ explained Justine Penny, Butterfield Bank’s web coordinator. ‘We wanted a site that would provide our customers with their very own 24-hour bank and offer more than information about our products and services.’
The website was designed and developed by MC2 Design. To coincide with the Bank’s brand name change to Butterfield Bank, the website address is now www.butterfieldbank.ky
