On 15-16 November in London England, RSM Cayman Islands was presented an award for providing the highest value of international referrals within the RSM International Network.
Mr. Christopher Stride, a Partner in RSM Cayman Islands, who was in London to receive the award on behalf of the firm, stated, ‘This is a significant achievement for our Firm, and underscores the significance that the Cayman Islands has as a financial centre in the international marketplace.’
Attending the conference were representatives from RSM firms from over 73 countries where member firms discussed the current issues and opportunities facing RSM International, states a press release.
RSM Cayman Islands became a member of RSM International in October of 2002. In addition it was announced that RSM International had been invited to join the Group of 36 firms that assists in the sponsorship and promotion of INSOL.
INSOL is a world-wide federation of national associations for accountants and lawyers who specialize in turnaround and insolvency work.
‘To be invited to join the Group of 36, a firm must demonstrate it capabilities and skills in the international turnaround and corporate recovery area. Clearly being a part of this elite group will allow us to continue our commitment to providing quality services to our clients worldwide’ said Mr. Stride.
