Chamber planning trade mission to Panama

The Chamber of Commerce is organising a special trade mission to Panama in March.

The aim is to explore and establish trade, business, shipping and investment links between the two countries, said a press release from the Chamber.

Panama is one of the fastest growing economies in Central America and exports billions of dollars worth of quality products and services to the Caribbean, South and Central America markets annually, the release said.

Many of these products can be obtained at significantly lower prices than are offered in other markets in the United States and elsewhere in the region.

Admission to the largest trade show in Panama is also planned for all members of the Chamber’s delegation.

While the trade mission is open to all interested persons and businesses, Chamber members will receive special rates, the release noted.
