Coutts Group has appointed a new managing director to its Cayman office.
David Neuschaffer joins the team from his role as Head of Client Relationship Management for Coutts International Trust and Financial Services, based in the Channel Islands, said a company press release.
He has worked for the NatWest/RBS group for more than 30 years in a variety of roles including trusts, investment and banking.
His role in running the Cayman Islands office will be to grow the business in the Caribbean where a large number of the clients are based. Particular emphasis will be placed on working with existing and new clients in the Cayman Islands, the release said.
In addition to his duties as Managing Director, Mr. Neuschaffer will have direct responsibility for the Private Bankers in his office.
On the appointment, Chris Burton, CEO for Coutts International Trust and Fiduciary Services, commented: ‘I am delighted to appoint David to his new role. The substantial experience that he brings to the position will undoubtedly help continue to grow the business, and build on the office’s continued success.’
