Hurting tourism

As a 15-year vacationer to Grand Cayman, the reason my husband and I return is because knowing we can rely on great service from everyone we encounter.

Typically this would be in the diving community, restaurants and retail industry.

It seems most of the people employed in these areas are from other countries and not Caymanians; not that we discriminate from Caymanians but it seems that they do not want to fill these available positions.

As a visitor to your Island for many years and hopefully many more please do not make immigration decisions that may be detrimental to the future of the Cayman Islands tourist industry.
