Nautilus Cayman Ltd. has been awarded the annual Princess Cruises’ Tour of the Season Award for its Undersea and Reef Snorkel Tour for the second year in a row.
This prestigious award is only given to tours that consistently receive high ratings, positive passenger comments and are considered excellent value, said a company press release.
The award presentation took place onboard the Explorer of the Seas. Following the ceremony the Nautilus crew were escorted on a tour of the ship followed by lunch.
The tour aboard the luxury semi-submarine, Nautilus, includes visits to the two shipwrecks in George Town Harbour, The Cali and The Balboa, followed by mooring at the Cheese Burger Reef for an underwater fish feed by the crew. Guests then have an opportunity to snorkel in Grand Cayman’s clear tropical waters.
Commenting on the award, Manager Mark Williams said: ‘We are delighted to receive this award for two consecutive years and it is an honour to have the quality of our tour and the staff of Nautilus recognized by Princess Cruises.’
The Undersea and Reef Snorkel Tour is available daily. Nautilus offers a residential rate, with an additional discount for its 11am tour on Saturdays. The cost is $20 for adults and $5 for children. Call Nautilus at 945-1355 to book a reservation.
