Island Rental Services has teamed with Cable and Wireless to provide telecommunication services for new residents of the Island.
Cable and Wireless has come to an agreement with Island Rental Service’s to provide landline, cell phone, top-up, net speak, and ADSL solutions for new comers to the Cayman Islands, states a press release.
The new partnership allows Island Rental Services to become a one stop property and management rental agency, said owner Kerry Horek. In addition to providing water and electricity connections for clients, Ms Horek believes offering communication solutions is another step to helping new residents adjust quicker to the Cayman Islands.
‘With offering landline, cell phone and internet services through Cable and Wireless, we are eliminating the need for customers to figure out who is the best provider for such things,’ added Ms Horek. The partnership also saves the time consuming task of finding and signing up for services at a Cable and Wireless location.
‘Island Rentals is constantly enhancing services for our tenants and this is just one of the additional services we provide,’ said Ms Horek. Tenants not only receive communication provisions from the company as soon as they step through the doors of their new home, but also keys, water and electricity services.
‘Soon, we would like to offer cable services as well,’ added Ms Horek.
Kennedy McGowan, partner sales manager for Cable and Wireless, said the telecommunications company is a ‘360 degree organization, meaning we’re mobile, ADSL, fixed line, e-top up and netspeak.’
Mr. McGowan added that Ms Horek is breaking ground by offering Island Rental Services as a one-stop agency that provides accommodation and telecommunication solutions for new tenants.
The partnership between Island Rental Services and Cable and Wireless is just the beginning of added quality customer service from a leading rental and real estate agency on the Island, and the region’s largest communications organization.
