The RCIPS has this week made a number of arrests in relation to drugs offences.
Three persons were arrested Tuesday for the following offences:
• A 37-year-old male for Possession of ganja and Suspicion of consumption of ganja.
• A 39-year-old male for Suspicion of Consumption of ganja, possession of a drug utensil and being concerned in the possession of ganja.
• A 36-year-old male for possession of ganja and suspicion of consumption of ganja.

Other arrests Tuesday include:
• A 19-year-old female for assault and carrying a restricted weapon.
• A 41-year-old male for assault and carrying a restricted weapon.
• A 32-year-old male for threatening violence and insulting the modesty of a woman
• A 46-year-old male for driving under the influence.
