GNC’s Cayman Islands franchisee commemorates its 10-year anniversary this year with a variety of celebrations and promotions.
Founder and owner Chris Lopez credits his staff and GNC product quality with the company’s success over the past decade.
‘The GNC Cayman staff members have played an integral role in making GNC such a popular brand name here in Cayman,’ he says. ‘We have highly knowledgeable and dedicated staff members that believe in a healthy lifestyle and have fantastic product knowledge. They continually study and keep up to date with all the leading edge information in the natural supplementation industry.’
On 20 October the celebrations focused on GNC customers with a simultaneous radio broadcast from the two GNC stores at Queen’s Court and Countryside. The broadcast was presented by D. Docta from HOT FM at Queen’s Court and Logan Black from KISS FM at Countryside.
In addition, every 10th visitor that entered the store and purchased an item with a GNC Gold Card received a $100 GNC voucher.
GNC Cayman has also launched some new in-store promotions as outlined by Store Manager, David Pattaway. ‘One popular promotion is our Mix n Match promotion where with the purchase of any two GNC brand products the second one of equal or less value will be 50 per cent off. This is a great new discount programme for our customers who often buy several GNC products at one time.’
GNC Cayman has also launched its GNC Will Not Be Undersold campaign where GNC will match any local retail price on any vitamin or supplement GNC carries. In addition, any GNC Gold Card member will receive a further 20 per cent off the sticker price for that product.
The GNC Gold Card Discount Days have been extended and now run for the first seven working days of every month, all year long.
